Devlog 10: Almost There!!
The Last Stretch
We have finished our first polish sprint, trying to make what we have 100% great! Going over our mansion again, looking at old assets, fixing bugs, smoothing enemy behaviour out etc ec
Dirtying the mansion
The mansion looked too clean, not old and dirty enough for vampires that have lived there for hundreds of years! So we made some decals, adjusted the lighting and added some (fake) fog to really enhance the mood!
Small Art Details
For the art side did a lot of smaller things, have the lights flicker, RFX, new assets, a fade etc
Honestly just look at the picture dump that shows a few of the things :)



Adjusting Small Things
For the programmers too, most of the work was honestly a lot of small tasks that add up. Fixing up the collision boxes so you can't get stuck as a bat, fixing where assets get placed on the coffin, bugfixing, etc..

A LOT of sound effects
Sadly enough we cant easily play sounds through this devlog, so you'll have to actually play the game to hear the difference.
But we are adding more player feedback through sound. Footsteps, lights flickering, picking up objects, transformations, etc!
(a lot of the audio clips are just variations of footsteps or wingflaps but still looks cool ;) )
